
What is Guduchi Satva?
Guduchi Satva, derived from the Tinospora cordifolia plant, is a revered element in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Ingredients and Preparation

- Guduchi – 1 part
- Water – 21 parts
Special Method of Preparation:-
Mature Guduchi is cut into small pieces and made into a pulp. This is put in water, stirred well, and sieved through a cloth. The fibers are removed, and water is added and stirred several times till the deposit becomes white. Water is then decanted and the sediment is allowed to dry and powdered. That is satva.
Dosage
500mg to 1g once or twice a day, before or after food, or as directed by an ayurvedic doctor.
